We welcome children to our congregation, and are proud of the increasing number of young families who are joining us. Our children’s program runs from early September through the end of May, in consideration of summer schedules and family vacations. We have children ranging in age from infancy through age 12. Our children learn the values and principles of Unitarian Universalism through stories, games, songs and interaction with others. Older children discuss their life experiences, learn the history of our church, and about persons who exemplify our values and principles. We learn about other world religions and the children are encouraged to question and seek out their own truths. We interact with people of all ages in our congregation. In all of these activities, we learn that we are a part of the interdependent web of life on this earth.
